More effective than drugs or weight bearing exercise

Based on a 100 year old medical principle that your doctor may not know

Don’t lose your independence

Did you know that more than one out of four Americans aged 65+ falls each year, landing at least 300,000 of them in the hospital for hip fractures?

I know because my mom fell two years ago, cracking her hip. She tried the drugs recommended by her doctor but she hated the side effects and quit after a few months. And I’m not far behind, being diagnosed with osteopenia.

Until I found this amazing, all natural way to rebuild my bones.

The magic of Osteogenic Loading

What is Osteogenic Loading?
Osteo (bones) + Genic (formation)
So it is the formation of bone by adding a load (stress).

Basically, John Jaquish PhD found that Osteogenic Loading was in the scientific literature since the late 1800’s with the work of Dr. Julius Wolff. Now called Wolff’s Law which states that bone in a healthy person or animal will adapt to the loads under which it is placed.

The problem was how to safely stress the bones without damaging the joints.

The solution is the bioDensity system that positions you in the strongest position to ensure your bones can safely withstand the load. And since each movement is only 5 seconds, there is no wear and tear on your joints. And no sweat.

Now Bone Gym brings this revolutionary technology to the Rochester, NY area.

Challenge what is possible

Safe and effective

The bioDensity device was designed to be a safe, effective and efficient way to increase bone density, as well as reduce blood sugar (A1C) measurements in type 2 diabetics.

With over 800,000 sessions completed worldwide, bioDensity has proven safe and effective.

Once a week

Unlike conventional muscle training, a bioDensity session is focused on the bones. It’s not the length of time, but the amount of load that triggers the natural bone building process.

In each weekly session, you will be required to produce maximal force for 5 seconds — similar to pushing or lifting a heavy object — in four different directions.

No Sweat

Your typical bioDensity session will take about 10 minutes to complete. Your first session will be longer to calibrate the bioDensity device to your body.

Each session can be completed in street clothes, though flat soled shoes are recommended.

Research proves it works

“The principles of this bioDensity device are based on published research of mechano-transduction, meaning that loading of the body creates an adaptive response. This research has existed for over 100 years. The cleverness of the device was the level of loading the individual was able to receive while in a safe and controlled environment.”

Better than drugs

“Finding non-drug solutions to restore good health is always preferred, since drugs usually do not result in normal tissue. This is especially true of osteoporosis. The drugs do not result in normal bones that are able to withstand the stress of weight bearing. I have found the BioDensity program able to improve bone to the point of reversing osteoporosis in the hips and vertebrae.

One recent 76 year old woman with osteoporosis, after one year of BioDensity was able to improve her Dexa and reverse her disease.”
